「房間大，家具有小設計感，網速稍慢，離海德堡舊城區要搭五站輕軌家走路10分鐘，櫃台人員很熱心，介紹很多景點和交通路線與餐廳，早餐一般，停車免費！」

「Freundlicher, effizienter Check-in, schönes, ruhiges Zimmer, welches leider ein bisschen nach Rauch roch, aber das Hotel kann ja nichts dafür, wenn sich manche Gäste nicht an die Regeln halten. Bett super bequem und sogar noch festere Kissen zur Auswahl, das ist schon Oberklasse. Großer TV, generell alles sehr neuwertig. Abstriche gibt es höchstens für den etwas schwachen Wasserdruck in der Dusche, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Toll fand ich, dass es offenbar ein Heizsystem in dem...
