「服務很好、房間整潔，在纜車跟畫眉小鎮附近，因此到12點都還比較吵，沒有電梯稍顯不方便，沒有冷氣所以房間很熱，早餐7:30供應，對於商務有點略晚。」

「Straightforward staffs so felt less courteous. As checked in, frontdesk lady let me wait for 5 mins then dissapeared. It was its restaurant waitress helped me thru check-in.」

「I stayed here on the first leg of my Rheinsteig hike and it was just awesome. Ate great at the Loquin. Slept great. Hot shower. Great start!!」

「Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte alles was man für einen guten Start braucht. Das Personal war freundlich und da ein Zimmer wechsel nötig war verlief dieser ohne Probleme. 」

「Good location. Nice room. We booked two rooms. One room had strong sweating smell, we requested to change to another room. Staff suggested us to swap the room among ourselves...haha that's not solving the problem. The staff didn't understand our situation. Fortunately, the manager stepped up and offered another room. Besides this, others are fine.」
