"Do NOT stay here!!!!! My husband and I booked it online thinking it would be a quaint place to stop in our way back home/Tahoe…and it was horrible! It smelled horrible (maybe it was the incense they were burning), the front desk didn’t speak English, the key at time didn’t work, and it was vacated by individuals living there which made it loud and awkward. It I could give it 0 stars I would!!!! It was late, we had been driving for hours and didn’t think it would be that bad, but in hindsight...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hospitality team truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel amenities were excellent, well-maintained, and added to the overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and every interaction with the staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. What really made this stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. The staff’s dedication to providing excellent service made all the difference. I look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby. My only criticism is that the hotel’s modern design felt somewhat sterile. The room was very minimalist, which made it feel less warm and inviting than I would have preferred. That said, the bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent overall. The oatmeal and pancakes were enjoyable, but the selection was fairly standard and nothing particularly memorable."
