There was no available storage for our luggage, despite the staff indicating by email that there was. This was very disappointing and inconvenient as we had to find alternative storage at the bus terminal. The staff was apologetic and made the effort to have our room available earlier. The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a good location.

Great location. I was there mins from Bustop number 9. Grocery store 10-11 and all the foods and shops were close by. I also appreciate the kitchen with an induction stove. There a beautiful restaurant downstairs that I don’t get to try but will try next time I’m there.

Room was clean , laundry service was easy to use , very convenient that the grocery is 2 mins away and most things are easily Accessible . Loved the fish and chips downstairs also . At nights could be a little loud but we weren’t bothered . Highly Recommend here . Kids loved it also

It’s self check-in without any staff interaction, almost feels like an Airbnb. The provided check-in instructions were easy to follow. The room is spacious and clean. The location is convenient, but can be noisy at times.

This is a uniquely contactless property. They send an email with instructions for accessing the room. There is a doorbell by the restaurant for immediate assistance. The room is clean and has a complete kitchenette perfect for making meals and there is a grocery just down the street. There is a coin operated laundry in the basement and you just have to bring your own detergent. If you choose the breakfast option, it is delivered to door in bags and consisted of cheese, bread, fruit, and orange juice.

We staid in this hotel 8 nights and our room was not cleaned even once. Instead the property management offered us to pay extra for housekeeping. And we find in greedy & money grabbing from tourists. We have not seen anywhere in civilized countries that when a property charges in average $245 cad per night not to include a housekeeping in the price. On top of it, the advertisement of the room is misleading. The property management did not disclosed that the room has no conventional window but a window on the ceiling, and it is not motorized. It was a mission impossible to open and close the blinds. Intercom or provided ph# do not work. The price of a room advertised is also misleading. Advertised for aprox. $190/nights however the property management charged higher prices per day which brought average price for our standard one king bed room with window on the ceiling to 245/nights CAD.

The room is very nice. The hotel is in a great location, walkable from several landmarks in the city. The only downside is the lack of front desk or local staff to help. The keypad to the entry did not quite work well and we had to call the support number to get help. Don't forget to write down the number or else you will get stuck if there is a issue. On another occasion, we asked for a late checkout, and the entry code automatically changed at noon, and we weren't notified. Again we had to call for help to get access to room. Other than these incidents, its a great facility.
