Wonderful space and kitchenette included which was helpful to store food and snacks on the trip. Take advantage of scooters to get around the city and to and from the hotel.

Check-in was very easy, apartment was very clean (and I’m picky). The space had everything we needed and there was a lovely coffee shop and a grocery store nearby. My only complaint was that the dryers didn’t dry anything, we ran a quick load of laundry through on our one night stay and had to take damp clothing with us the following day. We would stay here again though. Easy to access attractions on foot as well.

The studio has everything you need for your stay especially for self catering meals considering the restaurant prices in Reykjavik. The Bonus grocery store is one short block away. You can walk to most attractions within a generous half hour. The only very slight thing is that the cleaning staff starts really early in the morning and if you are a light sleeper you might be awoken by that.

We enjoyed our stay at Frost Apartments. Staff were not onsite, but very responsive to communications throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and automatic through the electronic communication and lock system. Rooms were small, but sufficient and very clean / up to date with furnishings. The four best benefits for staying at Frost are: 1. In room kitchen with pans and utensils. Restaraunts in Iceland are EXPENSIVE! 2. Bonus Grocery story is right next door. Great benefit to support #1 above. 3. Frost apartments are within EASY walking distance to downtown Reykjavik 4. Finally, if you have a rental car there is free street parking on the block.

Easy to find location, easy to access, room codes were sent quickly. Had rooms for luggage storage. All great. The rooms were very clean and modern, had everything we needed for a few days In Reykjavík! The bed was very comfortable and black out curtains helped with a great nights sleep. War eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Einrichtung super zweckmäßig und komfortabel. Sehr praktisch mit der Spülmaschine, Kaffee, Tee sowie Salz und Pfeffer. Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl!

The apartment has some great highlights, but instructions on parking process needs improvement. On the positive side, check in process is a breeze and the location is excellent with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. On their website, the instructions for operating the appliances and equipment are incredibly clear and helpful. However, navigating the parking situation was highly frustrating. The instructions provided were very confusing, and the communication regarding this issue was unhelpful. I asked two specific, distinct questions about parking, but received identical, generic responses that appeared to be automatically generated. It feels like management is not local and has never actually visited the property, as the vague answers referenced parking spot numbers that do not even exist. For future guests' reference, parking is free on the street between 9 PM and 9 AM (until 10 AM on weekends) for overnight stays, or you can use a nearby garage and pay a full-day charge. Clearer, accurate parking guidance and more attentive communication from management are definitely needed.

Der va dejlig rent i værelset og der var mulighed for at få flere håndklæder mv selvom det var et skrankefrit hotel. Vi synes sengen var rigtig god og dejlige køkkenredskaber mv. Vi savnede mere opbevaring til tøj, knager eller et lille skab til bøjlerne ellerovertøj.

Great place. Close to everything with a cafe on the corner. Bus stop is close by. You're close enough to walk everywhere but still in a quiet neighborhood. Nice little kitchen and well stocked room. Highly recommend!

Perfect little get away for 2.

Perfect self contained apartment with all facilities needed for a wonderful stay in Reykjavik. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Close enough to the city without being in the thick of it. Would 100% highly recommend.

O apartamento é bem pequeno, com pouco espaço de armários, caso você passe muitos dias, é bem difícil de se organizar dentro do quarto. Tirando esse inconveniente, estava tudo incrível, a cozinha é completa e tem lava louças, o que facilita bastante. A cama é confortável e tudo estava bem limpo! A comunicação com o anfitrião também foi excelente, respondem super rápido.

Perfectly situated in central Reykjavík with walking distance to all major attractions within 30 mins. Although we did not meet the staff other than the very professional cleaning staff they were always an email away and responded quickly. Studio we stayed in was all you need, modern, clean and functional.

Communication with the host was exceptional. Check in was very easy. The apartment was spotless. We were within easy walking distance to many of the city’s attractions and restaurants. We were lucky enough to find parking behind the building for our stay so we were thankful for that. We would highly recommend this property.
