Overall, my stay was excellent, especially because of the great location. The room was a bit small for two people, and only one towel per person was provided for our four-day stay. Additional towels were available at an extra cost, which I had not budgeted for. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenient location. Overall, it was a good experience.

Easy checkin process and nice room. A few issues such as broken window and missing tv remote. Good place for a bed to sleep in but does not offer much else. No working vending machines.

Room was clean and simple, no complaints. There is no staff on site and no wifi till you get inside, so we had to get assistance from the store below. She was very kind and helpful, it seems she does this alot. I would definitely stay here again. Everything you need for a short stay. Very nice.

There was no hotel sign board visible from the road had hard time finding it. We asked people to find the exact location. There was no lift, carrying luggage through stairs was hard. It took time to figure out to contact someone to get into the building and room.

Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, sehr modernes Badezimmer. Bei Ankunft hat im Hauptraum die Glühbirne gefehlt. Nach Meldung per Email wurde eine kleine Ersatzlampe bereitgestellt.

I spoke for hours with a young man forced to stay in lesser accommodation for monetary reasons. I can say unequivocally, I am so happy I chose to stay elsewhere. The website makes it sound very reasonable and fully staffed 24/7. The truth is it's horrible and it's a remotely managed place. Good luck getting help in any time at all. Stay away if you can. Shame on EXPEDIA for there part in this dump of a ripoff.

Terrible washroom layout. Everything gets soaked including the toilet. Need to request cleaning in advance and early check in also costs extra. Sketchy location as well. The power also goes off if you plug in too many devices. Poor lighting in the room. Overall, would not recommend unless you’re on a tight budget. Parking is the only perk.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No lift- too many stairs. Entrance was dirty with lots of cigarette butts. No staff on site- my travel partners couldn’t stay in there room because of a heater maul function- too much heat- like an oven. Management was no help and so friends had to stay elsewhere! My expectations were different based on website, didn’t expect to be in a business area with no services.
