No front desk. They send you codes that you enter on the keypad. The keypads are hard to see but they light up when touched. Beds are comfortable. There is a community kitchen where you can cook and hang out with other travelers. Loved the free coffee in the dining area also. Great and economical for Iceland!

We arrived late at the property and the door was locked,I did not receive the message on my phone about checking in so there was much chaos. Otherwise it's a good place to stay and clean and there's a nice lounge where you get good coffee!
