「Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!」

「Everything was good」

「I showed a couple days early and the clerk found my later reservation but did not check me in under it. I discovered later that I still had this reservation and tried to cancel it but the manager refused despite me already staying the same amount of time and charged me for a second stay. I will avoid this company going forward.」

「Carpet on hallway was dirty inside the room as well. We have broken tiles on bathroom. We don’t have any hand soap. I was looking for a good quality hotel so that’s why I went with this one year but I won’t go back to this place, the breakfast was ok and the coffee.」

「The door lock is broken and I couldn't sleep well all night」

「Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet for breakfast.」

「Staff very nice, rooms clean but bar was not open」

「The staff was very nice and inviting! However the building is definitely in need of some updating. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast or use the pool so I cannot comment on those amenities.」

「Great location」
