「Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. 「The beds in the family suites were small, full size. Made sleeping with my husband crowded. We are used to a King size bed. The pool and hot tub were nice. The water wasn't cold and pretty clean. The breakfast was great too.」

「The elevator did not work and one of our outlets in the room did not work. The air/heat unit was loud. We did not have a do not disturb placket on our door or the extra lock feature was missing. Beds seemed more like full size than queen. The staff was excellent though and when we requested extra towels they came right away and offered to take our dirty ones right then.
