「Room clean」

「Booked a double room, upon check in was told that the double was under maintenance. The desk person said he would put us in the king suite. I inquired about the bed situation, it is only the single king with a sofa bed. Not great but I figured we would make do. On the way up to the room we noticed the entire place smelled and felt damp and musty. Get to the room, the keys don’t work. Back down to see the guy and get them reprogrammed. 「I like how quickly they got me my room, the friendliness of their staff. The hotel is quite aged and really needs updating. Pool was pleasant, but again it was aged and could use some updating.
