"Extremely impressed. I need my stuff to be clean so I will spot the tiniest things. The bed was extremely clean and rather comfortable. Shower did the job and not that far of a walk to the City / Castle area. You’ve also got Lidl 10 mins away if you need to buy basics like toothpaste, water or a couple snacks. Staff were wonderful both check-in and checkout. They both went above and beyond and were super welcoming. I’ll definitely be considering this exact hotel again if I pop down to Carcassonne again. Staff were generally good but ordered a cab to the train station and the receptionist ordered it from the station to the hotel instead. If not for the cab driver making contact we would have missed our connecting train. "
