「The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

「Nice appartment next to a great bar/café for breakfast/lunch/drinks/diner. Availabe private parking and a 10 minute walk from the walls of Lucca.」

「We stayed in the Lavender suite, which was a large room with high ceilings and the view from the windows was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. There was no kettle in the room but there is a kitchen where we were able to make a cuppa and we had a fridge for water etc. The property is right next to the main anfiteatro but the room was quiet. We woke to birds tweeting in the morning. Oh, and there is a very cute, snoring dog!」

「I realize that the Old look is in especially in Italy but the entrance could use a fresh coat of peint and they could use art in the bedroom after all its the art and accessories that make the room.」
