「Great hotel! It was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.」

「This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.」

「The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

「Si bien era uno de los más baratos para una noche que obligatoriamente me tocó quedarme cerca de aeropuerto Kansas, fue una pésima experiencia habitación vieja mal olor parecía que saldrían muchos bichos casi ni dormir pude, además el recepcionista parecía un indu que no se hacía entender desde la máquina y el shuttle nunca llegó al aeropuerto porque tenías que llamarlo en fin pésimo」

「Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.」
