「Good variety of drinks」

「Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟」

「The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...

「No sink to wash your hands in the shared toilet. Shower tray was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t cooked properly leaving un edible. The manager to great delight in showing off her parrot as she had taught it to say, profanities.」

「Penmorvah Manor Hotel is gevestigd op een eigen landgoed, wat heel erg mooi was. Parkeren was geen probleem er waren ruim voldoende plekken. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Personnel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was lekker. Het Penmorvah Manor Hotel is in de traditioneel Engelse stijl qua decor die past bij een Manor huis. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.」
