「Rooms were clean and staff very helpful 」

「Clean and convenient 」

「Small room for 3 people Unclean room Nice breakfast Rude management」

「Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!」

「Not good for family」

「Good location and good service 」

「Generally stay was good, location was good - we were upgraded for free so had big rooms but hot water was a problem and so was WiFi」

「Room wasn't ready upon arrival even though the arrival was slightly later than the actual prescribed check-in time. Some room amenities were missing like slippers. Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't. 」

「Room conditions are ok, staff is fine. Main problem is bathrooms are not comfortable. There are lots of constructions noise around as windows are not properly sealed. I don't recommend this hotel stay for foreigners. Food was fine. 」
