「Spotless room, cooperative staff」

「Poor wifi connection and room key was not working well, I had to reset my key multiple times.」

「Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is under renovation and paint smell was unbearable. Road side rooms are very noisy from road traffic from 6a to midnight. Cleaning service doesn't clean only tidy ups the room and changes linens. Floor and surfaces of were not cleaned and had dust on it. 」

「Room wasn't ready upon arrival even though the arrival was slightly later than the actual prescribed check-in time. Some room amenities were missing like slippers. Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't. 」

「Room conditions are ok, staff is fine. Main problem is bathrooms are not comfortable. There are lots of constructions noise around as windows are not properly sealed. I don't recommend this hotel stay for foreigners. Food was fine. 」

「The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. 「This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! 」
