The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. "We loved our stay. It had a feel of better times, with kids playing together in a safe space, plenty of space for adults to hang nearby with good food and drinks. I loved the room which was very clean and had a retro style. So much space too! Don’t forget to pack your bathing suits. We didn’t and we’re disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool. The dinner buffet, and breakfast buffet were both very good. "

"A wonderful hotel with a great view over the mountains and train tracks - the room was a little on the small side, but the stay was extremely comfortable and staff were welcoming. The breakfast provided was also of a good variety and I would recommend this hotel to all who may want to have a convenient option for lodging near the Innsbruck train station."

"The hotel was a great place to stay - it filled our needs and was a good value , clean and had a great staff . It is family run and a great find . Great location , beautiful scenery and friendly staff . Do not sleep on the breakfast - we have done a lot of travel and spent time at very expensive hotels - this breakfast is awesome . The owner / manager is a great host ( Andreas ) - highly recommend "
