「Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. 「The staff at Moxy Hotel are lovely and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The mattresses are quite firm. The hotel is right by a S and U Bahn station which is convenient for travelling into the centre and from the airport. When I stayed (Nov 2025) there are works being done right by the hotel, on the walk from the station.
