「für eine Nacht habe ich nichts vermisst; das Sofa ist für zwei Erwachsene etwas zu weich zum Übernachten, ist eher für Kinder perfekt, ansonsten aber sehr bequem, Decke und Kissen gut, Ausstattung Küche Kaffeemaschine Nespresso und ein Wasserkocher; gut fand ich die Möglichkeit das benutzte Geschirr gleich in den Geschirrspüler zu stellen, Tab war auch vorhanden. Einziger Negativpunkt, ich brauche eine Rechnung und auf diese warte ich jetzt seit 9 Tagen.」

「This hotel has everything I need: a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a stable hot shower. The hospitality also left me with some unforgettable experiences. Although the hotel isn’t located in the city center, if you don’t mind an extra 5–10 minute walk, it’s quiet and well worth it.」

The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. 」
