「We stayed at the hotel with our 4 year old and 2 year old. The hotel staff and especially the receptionist was amazing. We told her our daughter was turning 5 years old and she arranged a small birthday cake for breakfast. The room was massive! And very clean. The location is a little out of the way (around €50 taxi) but there is a bus service. Overall it was such a wonderful stay. The restaurant and play areas inside and outside was a great touch. 」

「Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. 」

「I brouvht my cat, hotel offered a cute little blanket, a cat head shaped bowl and some liter bag. Very cute. Facility is excellent. Staff is great! Really friendly and thoughtful. We got also a really late check out. A 10 out of 10. 」

「Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go skiing leaves directly out front. 」

「Everything about this stay was 5 stars! The super friendly family-owned establishment is clean, cozy, welcoming, and the service is amazing. The owners thought of all the little details that make a big difference. The food in the restaurant was delicious for breakfast as well as dinner. The spa/sauna was fantastic after a day on the slopes 」
