「We needed a relaxing base hotel to stay in for the first five days in Puglia and Masseria Messapia was the perfect place. A large property, but with a very boutique luxury feel, our room was fabulous, with a lovely en-suite and an large external terrace. Breakfast is a feast of foods freshly set every morning.The pool area is fabulous, quiet and relaxing. There is a Spa available, gym area and an on site restaurant for lunch and dinner if required. 「My room was spacious and even though the hotel is within the walled area of Lecce, it can still be reached by taxi. The only negative are the stars, but the owner is helpful and friendly and i'm sure would give a hand with the luggage. There are two excellent restaurants that are part of the hotel complex.」
