「The unit was in overall disrepair Unit was not clean when we arrived. Requested 2nd housekeeping. Checked in after 7pm. No parking available. Beds were not changed. One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No...

「Tampa was booked due to the BTS concert so we decided to reserve the closets possibly and this was the only place under $200 we could find. I didn’t expect a 5 star experience but the place is falling apart. The bed covers need to be changed they have rips and holes. The bathroom door frame was broken like someone had kicked the door and broke it. It resembled a scary movie room.」

「Even though the room and the bathroom were pretty clean, the toilet seat was old. My recommendation to Management would be to have it replaced.」

「It is a good place to stay! the place is clean and the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very useful for trips a little long, it is close to Starbucks, Walmart and several more stores, the pool looks very clean The only thing I would like you to add is pots and cutlery for the kitchen, I think it is the only thing that would be missing for the room to be a complete 10/10, I absolutely recommend this place.」

「Not very clean, check-in process was difficult, no niceties to the place, not even a box of tissues or a mat in the tub. No notes about the area or recommendations for restaurants, etc. Nothing special at all and TV didn’t work.」

「There was no staff due to it being brand new! The owner Jeff was great and very polite and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and valued! It was very quiet and comfortable for my family. Only about a two block walk to the beach but being in the bay was beautiful to wake up to! 」
