"The room is unusual setted. The sofa bed was not made and we had to do it ourselves. We had to call and ask for bed sheets, even if we booked for 3 persons. The sofa bed was very incomfortable. The shuttle for the airport was very appreciated."

"Great location. Kids had a blast in the pool. Rooms were updated and clean. Had an issue with the shuttle but the manager handled it very quickly and we couldn’t be more appreciative. "

"Had trouble getting regular tv. Called the desk and they thought it might be the remote and were suppose to send out a tech but he never showed. Finally got the tv and were afraid that if we shut it off we would not be able to get regular tv back. Could not get the window shade to go up. Could not get the hand held shower to operate. Dont know if we stay there again."

"Room really nice and clean. Did not ask for handicapped room and somehow ended in one. Just hated to take it from someone who might have needed it. It also really really med better sloping for drain in shower as water went everywhere on floor. Otherwise great hotel and good breakfast . "
