「The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.」

「Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was not available. We had booked this hotel specifically because of the pool. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and we just wanted to swim, eat, and chat by the pool. We got our key and went up to our room only to discover another guest in it! Yep, they actually gave us a key to another guest's room and we opened their door much to all of our surprise. That was really unsettling. We went to front desk to get another room key.
