「The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.」

「We spent 3 nights here and started with a friendly greeting by the desk gentleman. Our room was ready and in spotless shape. Each day we were greeted happily by all the staff we met. The breakfast offered was fresh and varied each day. We will continue to stay here when we return to the area.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the place (entrance, hallways, elevator badly needed to be vacuumed and some trash picked up. The lack of an office and the check-in being totally virtual were a first for me and a bit challenging although the woman who did it possibly was working in India and was very patient. 」
