「Front desk at arrival was not friendly or informative. Room A/C unit not functioning properly had to be reset. Went to use the phone in the room to contact the front desk regarding the A/C and phone did not work. The maintenance man was awesome, he took care of the AC waited 20 minutes to make sure it was working and then ran down and got a brand new phone for the room.」

「El cuarto olía a orínes, la cama olía a sudor como si no cambian las sábanas cuando el turista se va, todo estaba lleno de polvo, las toallas del baño estaban manchadas parecían sucias. En general un asco de hotel lo único es que el señor que nos hizo check in muy amable.」

「This property needs to be shut down! The rooms are in EXTREMELY poor condition and are Filthy. Furniture and even the towels have cigarette burns. Floors are filthy! Paint and sheetrock chiping off the walls. NEVER AGAIN. Went to dollar store to get cleaning supplies to clean just to make the night. The room smelled of mildew. 」

「We stayed in the handicap room. The shower/bath was a marvel of plumbing complexity but the shower didn't work. There was a lever to direct the water either to the tub or the shower and once up to the shower there was another lever to direct the water to either a wand or the fixed shower head. The first lever, the one for either tub or shower would allow water into the tub but when switched to the shower setting the water flow just stopped.
