"The heating button was broken and the AC unit was permanently running. My room was cold. The room was dingy with rust spots and mold. If one did not shower early, there was no hot water. They promoted a great breakfast but for three days it was sausage gravy with stale biscuits. One day they ran out of eggs and made no effort to make more. Staff was very indifferent to needs of customers. "

"You could smell pot through the entire floor that we were on. Most of the TV Channels were locked up where you couldn’t watch them. The stool was stopped up before we could even use it. The pool and hot tub were closed and the guy at the desk lied to us because he said they may be opened before we left. Other reviews said they were closed for awhile. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Easy check in. Near lots of restaurants, Walmart, and the mall. Staff nice. Rooms large. Breakfast has eggs and meat in addition to cereals, waffles, etc... Will stay again. "

"Everything was 10 out of 10 at this hotel! I will be looking for other Best Westerns when I travel now. The check-in was smooth and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, loved the yogurt parfait station and coffee/cappuccino machine. And they helped me get my second night canceled. Amazing service! "

"Room was fairly clean the bathroom wasnt in the best shape. There was hair stuck to the shower wall, drain was slow probably from hair. It was quiet atleast. Ice machine in the office was absolutely disgusting. Other than that they did replace our dirty towels. Didnt make the bed but then again I hardly make my own bed! I highly doubt I would stay there again. "
