Comfortable stay at a good price, and was surprised to see an indoor pool which was being used by other guests the night I was there. Would stay here again.

Staff and friends were always party , even while on duty. Any one of the employee, Devon . Really cared about our stay and was friendly . Everyone else just ran a muck , other employees ran up and down the halls , chasing each other down the halls . I would say most of the time the employees were sitting outside smoke marijuana, party . While on duty. Even the employee hallway smelled so much like marijuana. Running from room to room . Management needs to look into this matter. And clean house if I were them . And another thing , why does it take 3 days to clean one room. 1 to 5 stars I would have it a minus 5 stars . Beware , of you belongings ..

I have never felt so welcome anywhere else I’ve stayed. The manager and staff were very professional, efficient, and helpful. I travel to Jefferson City at least 3 times a year, and will be staying at Amerihost in Fulton every trip.

Nothing all that great, in fact bad in some aspects. — pillows were terrible (Nothing to them). And NO continental breakfast as advertise. Just good enough for one night and then go.

The pool was closed due to a maintenance guy hitting a rock and it shattering the door to the pool. The place reeked of cigarettes and there is no elevator the blanket on one of the beds had a burn hole in it and they were dingy. Overall definitely will not stay again. Pay for what you get. Would not recommend staying here if you want something decent for your kids.

Friendly, clean

I’ve been here 4 times - they know me by now. Always clean. Will fix any problem if they can. This is billed as a no smoking hotel, but anyone who has stayed where construction/road workers are housed, know this can be a joke. They have moved us twice due to smoky rooms. Stairwells are always bad. Fulton doesn’t have many budget choices, so I’m pleased they make the effort to accommodate our smoke sensitivities.

They are awful!! Staffs were not friendly while I’m deaf- i asked for paper write and they keeping talking. They are freak lazy to get paper and pen. When i my card isn’t work and no body at the desk for half hour!!! My room have no hot water, no cable, refrigeration broken, no hot breakfast, and when i arrived at 1am- room wasn’t ready for me.

Convenient breakfast looked nice. Tv remote won’t work have to hook up volume and cable on back of tv. Refrigerator makes noise dripping all night breakfast is coffee and juice light next to bed needs socket pulled out to turn off other light doesn’t even work by mirror. Stains on comforter. I asked for first floor and we got a handicap room which is extremely small.

I am a traveler cna so I booked my room back home so of course I booked the closest hotel near the job! So at first everything seemed ok but as I was there for a period I seen a lot of drug addiction there even the people that works there! They work there to have a room which is ok but my gosh $230 a week plus the habits they have so yeah! I also experienced no housekeeping for house 3 weeks I literally clean my own room cause i don’t not do the nasty! They towels definitely horribly so I went brought my own towels and breakfast I never seen no breakfast there! The amount they charge here for a week $423 is DEFINITELY not worth it! The only reason I been at this hotel for a month isbecause I didn’t come with no vehicle & stayed out they way, my room and to work so basically I survived until I got a car! This was my experience here!

Words don't describe the experience

The two women, 1 at checkin and 1 at checkout, were very good. Rest of staff was invisible, if they exist. Got two rooms. 1 was ok. The other was disaster (dirty toilet, shower broken, no shower curtain, moldy fridge). Rooms were very hot and AC worked ok in one room, the other had to be set to 64 on high to get room sleepable after hours. Beds were good. Multiple things had tears in them (lampshade, bedding,....). Chair in room had small ottoman (most hotels don't have any, so this is a bonus). Multiple times between 10pm-9am there was loud music being played. Pool was full but closed for maintenance. Hotel has coffee and tea 24 hours. Hotel had NO silverware (metal or plastic) at all. Breakfast was a brown paper bag with a mini muffin, apple, and oatmeal cream pie. They did have 2 juices and the aforementioned coffee and tea. Multiple times during day, could not get anyone to answer at front desk. They have cameras for safety. They offered room switch on first night but it was midnight and we were too tired to move. Multiple staff said they would fix the issues and it was never done before second night. There were people hanging out in different places that did not seem like they were employees or guests. I will be contacting the manager and corporate (if there is a corporate office). Issues became comical because we had 2 rooms so we were able to cope with issues. Overall should be 1 star but there's enough potential plus 2 good employees = 2 stars
