「I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.」

「A lot of character (high ceilings, solid wood) and the owners have clearly put in a lot of care and nice touches (like two lights in the bathroom--one full bright and a dim one for when it's 3:00 am and you don't want to jolt yourself awake!).」

「Great stay, this is our 2nd time staying in this hotel for the past two weeks. The staff crew are very welcoming and friendly, def made our trip in Oakland during our homeymoon! Will def stay here for oakland, looking forward to stay in that room again!」

「Room was clean. Neighborhood is not bad at all. The parking is super tight. With the gate and codes it's a lil hectic at 1st. Was really quiet once you get inside. It's a good spot for the price.」
