"The size of the room is pretty big for San Francisco. The hotel was pretty clean. Good Chromecast system in the room. However, for a 4-star hotel, I was expecting at least a comfortable sleep. The sheets were hard, and the AC vent was loud. I woke up multiple times throughout the night. The food market in the lobby was one of the worst stocked hotel food markets I've been to. It was slim pickings and with limited options to begin with. I've had to head out to a Safeway nearby when I just wanted to stay in and rest for the night."

"The biggest issue that I had there was my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. they didn't have my room ready until 5:00 p.m. and all they offered was a free breakfast. Plus The parking said it was only going to be $40. When I looked back at what I was charged, I was charged $59 for some reason."

"Check in staff was great, particularly because I was checking in at 1 AM. Room was clean with nice amenities. New television and refrigerator. The body wash and shampoo were in a container on the wall but seemed to be decent quality. Nice little balcony. Property was convenient to the freeway and only 15 minutes from SFO."
