The man at the check in desk was less than helpful regarding the free laundry listed on their website and trying to get a receipt during checkout. 1 of the 2 beds in the room was completely unusable. It was a good thing we only needed 1 bed. It's too bad 1 person can change the overall rating for the hotel."

"Said it offered a breakfast bar but it turns out you get a bag breakfast. Nothing I can eat since I’m gluten-free and nothing like the pictures shown. No option for a toaster to cook your own bread. nothing but a brown paper bag with an orange, juice box and a granola bar in it. Rooms are very rundown and extremely small TV and you don’t get all the channels. The only plus is it’s location to the national parks "
