"It was a cute little place but it wasn’t mentioned there was no one on site it was ran virtually only. We had a stained towel and needed another one, we had ants in our room and the ice machine didn’t work but all you can do is call someone. The had a supply room to get more stuff but you have to get a hold of someone for the code."

"This is NOT a resort. The beds are seriously uncomfortable and the pillows flat and hard. 22” tv, no microwave in the room, one usb port. The continental breakfast was awful. Cold precooked sausages, cold eggs. I got sick within 20 min. Of only a few bites. The kid taking care of the breakfast was scrolling on his phone with his gloves on. The coffee maker made one cup at a time with time to cool off before you could brew a second cup. No clean towels the next day, I guess you had to ask for them. When we checked in my husband asked if there was a breakfast and the lady checking us in told him to wait and she would tell him when she got to that part. This is not what we thought it was at all. We were definitely disappointed, this should be named a motel or hotel, not a resort. The only saving grace was that the room was clean. I generally don’t do reviews but feel we people should know this place isn’t what it’s being made out to be. "

"Great location next to Bryce and staff was good. However, the downside to location is lack of good dining options nearby and no dining in hotel other than buffet breakfast. We ended up eating in nearby town of Tropic"

"We had to ask for a new room as there was a 1/2 inch gap at the front door and a musty smell. It didn’t seem right to get a upcharge for basic expectations. The new room was better but not by a lot. Stains on the carpet and our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. 😞 if you’re on a budget and don’t mind rougher conditions then you might not mind. I will say the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The front desk staff were willing to give us two options, so that was nice. It looked like they had some newer units so make sure you request one of those if you want a better quality stay. They have a restaurant but we didn’t eat there."
