「Positives - great location in Scalloway, room quiet and bed was comfy. Breakfast was included and there was a good choice of cooked and buffet items. Negatives - we booked via Expedia and chose to pay a deposit with the remainder due on arrival and full cancellation available until a week before. We had a confirmation letter from the hotel via Expedia that said that the final balance would be taken on arrival.
