Ok for the one night

It was a little run down. The staff was wonderful!! Seems to have vagrant people staying. They did not cause any trouble and were friendly and polite. Should have a designated smoking area away from the front door, bench and curb.

It's a good place to spend couples days, fair prices, just my room has the bathroom damage ,but still good place to stay, friendly staff and clean rooms.

This is a small dog-friendly motel. It was very clean.There was no fridge, microwave, coffee pot or hairdryer. There were the usual vending machines and ice maker. Situated behind a strip mall. There is tons of dining and shopping close by. It was less expensive, but very basic.

The property was located in a convenient location,surrounded by shopping, food,etc. All the staff were very friendly and personable However, I was disappointed that there wasnt any refrigerator in the room because the website does state that they are available, as well as microwaves, upon request.

Convenient location. Upon check in front desk twice gave my bad key cards. When i returned to the desk to try to get a new set front desk said something about not my fault keys are not working. I instantly asked for a refund.

Love the new staff !!!! Old staff were a little careless and sat in there car in the parking lot smoking weed and playing loud rap music this was annoying, especially when you were in some of the rooms facing the parking lot not so bad when you were in rear facing rooms.. just being honest and transparent, but all in all this motel is one of the best in the area price convenience, location, etc.

Though we did not actually stay here, the customer service was fantastic. We booked 2 rooms for a night. I checked in the early afternoon to make sure the rooms were on the same floor. They changed things around to make that happen. Later, due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer needed the rooms. When I explained this to Lori, the front desk agent, she allowed us to cancel with no hassle, even a few hours after the deadline. I will rebook here another time and appreciate the cancellation policy and Lori, for her pleasant and helpful attitude.

Front staff was pleasant when I checked in. Room was blasting ac at 56 degrees when I arrived. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. A no frills experience. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I just needed a place to rest my head while traveling. It was clean and quiet. There was no fridge or microwave. There were a couple old cigarette burn stains on the tub. The room did not smell line an old smoking room. Complimentary toiletries were 2 small bars of soap. The price was right for what I needed.

Just like camping... single queen size room, non-smoking, on 2nd floor. Room had no microwave, no coffee maker, no refrigerator. Telephone in room was broken, and the single ice machine in lobby was broken. Bathroom vents must be connected, because the smell of smoking filled the room, but somewhat less by keeping the bathroom door always closed. The hotel is right behind a marijuana dispensary which had their customers hanging out in the hotel parking lot, sitting on the curb, chatting on their phone and/or waiting for a ride, so lock your vehicle to play it safe. The staff was nice and courteous, and the room was large but dated.

This place was cheap and I only stayed for one night. It seemed a little dated but if that’s what makes the price reasonable I’m all for it. It was very clean and tidy other than some mystery residue in the bathroom and on the TV remote. That feels like nit picking but that’s all that could be improved with it. Overall it was the right price and a good choice. I will consider returning next year when I stay for the same car show, I might even stay for longer knowing how reasonable this place is. It was just what my mind and wallet needed.

Beware

After paying for my room online, the desk clerk made me pay again before giving me a room. Said the hotels.com payment was declined. Then, when i tried to straighten it out with hotels.com customer service, denied he had charged me again until i produced all receipts and bank statement. Hotels.com refunded one charge. The room itself was relatively clean. The bathroom was clean. The room was quiet. Would i go back to this place? Probably not. Would i use hotels.com again? Yes.

For what the hotel lacks the staff makes up for it 100%. This is the perfect no frills hotel stay. Prices are very fair and the staff went above and beyond for everything we needed.

Not for families. Hotel entrance had a "welcoming committee " of low income residents watching everyone coming in. Noisy residents both late at night and early morning. Will not be booking Motel 6 again.
