「Every person we came in contact with was so nice. The rooms were in good condition. The only issue is that we had a room near the elevator but also across from housekeeping. They talk extra loud amongst themselves. Being the late night players that we are, we unable to sleep well. 」

It was obvious that there was no “detail” cleaning, just perfunctory. And, the worst thing was that the young man working behind the counter looked like a homeless man who just woke up, a horrible representation of your hotels. Wake up!!! Unless you’re circling the drain and just don’t care. 」
