「After reading some negative comments about the hotel we we're a bit insecure whether to book. But in the end, it was the perfect choice and we had a wonderful time at Casa d'Irene. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Check-in was very smooth and fast. We booked a classic room and asked for a room with daylight. 「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」
