A wonderful hotel

This is a gem of a hotel in the centre of Kissamos and by the sea. It’s super clean and comfortable and close to everything. The owners Niki and Katerina and also their evening staff Yannis, go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that you have a wonderful stay. They’re absolutely amazing! This is a great place to stay, and I recommend it highly.

A nice welcome to Crete!

I came in on the ferry very late, and was welcomed by Yianni who was super nice and also Kostakis the cat. The hotel was super clean, the room had a nice balcony, air conditioning, tv, a tea pot, etc. I liked it so much i tried to extend , but they were sold out. They did find me another hotel, bus time tables, suggestions etc etc some people are just naturally hospitable, when we're lucky these people get into the hotel business!

A wonderful place to stay. Spotless and very comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the square which has several excellent tavernas and a two minute walk to the sea. Super friendly staff who were so kind about my terrible Greek, highly recommended.

This hotel was beautiful and right near the square of the town. The staff are what made our stay so amazing. Katepina, Nikh and Giannis were so kind, helpful, funny, sweet and just amazing people. The customer service was what made our stay here so special and the beautiful room. When we come back to Crete we will stay here again!

Lovely and kind hosts, a beautiful and spacious studio with a private kitchen and balcony, super clean and serviced daily! Large refrigerator with bottled water and a freezer. Great for the warm weather. Very good and quiet air conditioning in the room. In the upstairs hallway for hotel guests, fresh coffee, cake, and fresh fruit are freely available!

Wir haben zweimal hier, auf der Durchreise übernachtet. Beide Male erhielten wir ein großes Studio, obwohl wir nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Yannis war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns für die Rückfahrt vom Hafen von Kissamos von sich aus ein Taxi bestellt und uns darüber per E-Mail informiert. Was für ein Service! Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, die Ausstattung ebenso. Und wir habrn sehr gut geschlafen!

Extrem gute Wahl.

Das war eine sehr gute Wahl mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hatte ein herkömmliches Doppelzimmer gebucht aber ein Studio mit extra Küche bekommen. Wir hatten eine Menge Platz und gleich 3 Balkontüren. Der Sitzplatz am Balkon mit Blick auf den Platz und die Fußgängerzone war großartig. Insgesamt sehr ruhige aber zentrale Lage.Yiannis und Katerina sind unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie stellen ihren Gästen auch allerhand Goodies, wie Obst, Frühstücksutensilien aber auch Bücher etc. zur Verfügung. Wir waren nur kurz hier, aber ich würde es auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt wählen.

5 Tage Gastfreundschaft pur!!

Bevor wir die Unterkunft bewerten: Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels dieser Welt, noch nie hatten wir so nette, hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Gastgeber wie Niki, Katerina und Giannis. Alle drei waren jeden Tag gut gelaunt, sehr bemüht und hatten für jede Aktivität einen guten Rat parat. Nur wegen ihnen würden wir wiederkommen... aber auch so fühlten wir uns 5 Tage lang sehr wohl: Unser Zimmer (101) war neuwertig und gut eingerichtet, mit einer wirklich gut ausgestatteten Küche und großem Badezimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich im Ortskern, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Super accueil!! Je recommande fortement

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le studio est grand et propre. De plus, la dame à la réception est très accueillante, souriante et sympathique: cela change tout lorsqu’on séjourne dans un hotel. Des produits sanitaires, quelques fruits, thé et café sont mis à disposition aux clients à l’étage.
