「Positives: Helpful respectful staff. Allowed me to get a hour later on check out. The toilet had hair on it still when I got there and mini fridge looked aged as well as the tub/shower. I got the room king suite with the jacuzzi tub thinking it would be in the room. the pictures shown was not what was in the room. So that was an up-charge I wouldn’t have paid for knowing that. I’d say it was a 6/10 it did its job for the price.」

「Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke 」

「We did not know that they didn't clean rooms if you were staying more that one night. And they didn't replace towels. Got back to motel around 9pm called for towels and was told I needed to bring the dirty towels to front desk and they would give me fesh towels. Maybe short staffed, but they should have let us know. Staff was friendly.」

「We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. There were however a few things that were missing, There was an ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer though it was mentioned as an amenity, and a light bulb was missing from the vanity light fixture. 「Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view of the Mississippi was beautiful. The pool and pool area were clean and a welcome sight after traveling all day long. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast. The sausage links were soft and not appetizing to the eye, so we skipped the hot breakfast. Cereal and coffee were not what we really wanted, so that was a disappointment. The other thing was, using the laundry facility on property was a long walk and...

「As a non- smoker, the entire facility reeked of cigarettes, even though only the Casino was "smoking ". The hallways smelled when you came in the side door from the parking lot. Our "non-smoking " room smelled and if you woke in the night, you were aware of the smell. Otherwise, the room was clean and modern. Except for the overused large upholstered chair that was dirty.」

「Cons: dated, in some cases dilapidated. Tiny bit of visible mold on the shower curtain, a single hair in the tub. Second floor hallway smelled like an overflowing ashtray of Pall Mall butts. However my room was odor free. Below average breakfast, even by the extremely low standards of an I-80 budget hotel. Possibly the worst coffee I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. Pros: Really nice lady at the front desk. Didn't catch her name but she got off at 11 and said she's been there 5 years....
