「This was a hidden gem. Hotels in the area were more than double the price and all charge for parking. This B&B was absolutely wonderful. In a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Laura was so incredibly helpful as we had to modify the reservation. She did everything she could to help us. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will be back!」

「Hotel was well maintained with fun things to do inside the hotel. Great location on Mass Ave with plenty of restaurants. The hallways were very uniquely decorated and the rooms were very nice. My only complaint would be the bed/pillows were not the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel; still an overall positive experience!」

「Absolute world class hotel and staff! Room was enormous and extremely clean. Fantastic skyline views that included the canal. Pool was amazing and is handicap accessible. Outdoor patio area was sweet as it has nighttime fireplaces lit and is a great place to lounge. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel, best place to stay when in Indy!」

「The Conrad is overrated. When it opened a couple of decades ago, it was the talk of the town, perhaps the most luxurious hotel in Indianapolis. It had really rested on its laurels and lost its glamour. The rooms definitely need refreshing and updating. The sauna, steam room, and swimming pool are still top.」
