「I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. 「If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay.」

Me hicieron esperar 2 horas antes de darme una habitación inferior a la que yo ya había pagado por anticipado por este medio.
