「I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. I arrived to the resort only to discover the manager refused to rent me a room and said he canceled my reservation. He then sent me to another hotel where I had to pay for a room. The next...

「If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay.」

「很特別的飯店,離加得滿都遠了點,但飯店的設施就足夠讓人呆上整天,特別適合有小孩的家庭入住,房間很大,很溫馨,森林步道不時會有野生的猴子經過,服務人員相當熱情,很重視顧客意見,唯一美中不足是,房間熱水壺沒清潔乾淨,裡面佈滿了油末,~」
