"No air conditioning. When asked they said Executive rooms has this facility, which was not advertised - for any of their rooms when checked. Cleaning not brilliant at times. Dirty glassware left for the entirety of the stay (3 nights) and a dirty teaspoon, used by us, returned to the coffee making ..."
