「We have stayed at the Barceló 4-5 times. The staff are amazing and the food has improved tremendously since post Pandemic.
I will say my husband and I are highly disappointed that the Barcelo no longer maintains the water features for the iguanas next to the buffet due to an ignorant guest that decided to hand feed an iguana, supposedly was bitten and then said they were going to sue the Barcelo. 「Everything about our stay was fantastic. The only complaint I might have is the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The blinds needed to be dusted and when the daily cleaners came in, all they did was make the beds and replenish towels. They didn't clean the bathroom mirror, the shower or the floors. I would recommend Eagle Aruba to everyone!! 」
