「The hotel is located 15 kilometers from the entrance two of Plitvice Lakes Park, and it takes 15 minutes to drive there. The hotel is family-run. Difficult that there was no WhatsApp to communicate ahead of time. Also I specifically booked a two bedroom suite and the landlady only let us have one of the bedrooms (claiming that you needed five people to get the second bedroom).
