You can tell the level of quality in the breakfast has also dropped. There used to be so much variety in the hot items that were provided. The couches in the breakfast area need replacing. "

"We really have liked this hotel for a long time but the lady who checked us in and out was not super friendly so that kind of put a downer on things. We were really excited to stay there on our vacation but left with a bad taste in our mouths even though we ate at the waffle spot multiple days.."
