"The property itself is beautiful, just it is no worthy enough for the price, check in was kind bumpy I wasn’t informed of the facilities of the place, my sheet was kind dirty when I get to my room there was a cockroach in the room, after 7:pm there is no one around the front desk than can help you, overall stay was okay because we loved the view and the pools are amazing. "Room was very nice and well attended. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful, very well maintained. The landscape is amazing. It is a pleasure to walk around and see the variety of plants and vegetation. The only disappointment is the quality of the food. While it was ok in the buffets, jusk ok - the "specialty" restaurant were extremely mediocre. A great place like this should be proud of their food and restaurants. We spoke to other guests and they all agreed the food and quality in the restaurants could be much better to make this an unbelievable resort"
