「Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. 「Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig. Nach langem warten endlich den sehr freundlichen Gärtner getroffen. Besitzer nur telefonisch erreicht. Wir haben den Abebd im Wasser genossen. Adult only weiss ich nicht wofür es steht. Es war eine Familie mit 3 Kleinkinder anwesend was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Es ist ein Ort der gefällt oder er gefällt nicht. Ich liebe solche Orte Bei meinem Mann würde die Bewertung jedoch etwas weniger gut aussehen」

「Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!」
