「By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Neither Expedia nor the hotel disclosed at booking, or prior to arrival, that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation. This constitutes a booking taken in bad faith, as the hotel clearly knew and Expedia should reasonably have known the property was not operating normally.
