「We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes while we checked in. But the breakfast was very good.」

「If you are drawn to this hotel by seeing it on People of the North, then prepare to be disappointed. The location is lovely and the rooms are large, and of course the view of the fjord is stellar, but there are several areas for disappointment. The dinner menu, for example, remains the same night after night. There is a "white fish of the week," rather than a selection of fish for main courses. There is lamb; it is fine. But if you are at the hotel for several nights, the menu is dull and you...

「The best hotel in the town but the bathroom facilities are not so up to date. It seems most of the hotels in Norway are not caring about this.」

「Excellent location, super friendly staff, clean and well maintained property!」

「Just stayed for one night on our way from Bergen to Oslo. Don’t have much feeling.」

「We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing. After our arrival, we checked in at 7 or 8 pm but the staff still told us the necessary information. The room is spacious but the interior of the ground and underground are in progress of renovation. It will be better after it. The breakfast was good with sufficient choices. We just explored Geilo after it by the recommendation from the...

「Prachtig hotel!

「nice staff,nice hotel」

「The hotel is very charming and cosy, in a wonderful location with great views. It's close to the main road and there is a grocery shop and a cafe within a 10 minute drive. We were greeted by the staff at the entrance, given the key and then we were free to explore the area and take in the surrounding views. The room was spacious but cosy, functional and very clean, the bed was comfortable and warm. The building has seen better days, but everything is clean and well taken care of, so our stay...

「Great experience」

「Dusty room ! None of the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases were laid out; you have to tidy them up yourself ! Experienced very bad staff service at the on-site restaurant Highland Pizzeria !」

Muchas gracias!」
