"That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel on my own, and I lost the money I had already paid."

"Breakfast was excellent and the dinner buffet had a great variety. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Nervendra, who arranged our airport pickup and helped coordinate tours during our stay in Agra—he made everything very easy for us. The only downside was the Presidential Suite. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were long black hairs in the tub and shower from previous guests, mold-like residue on the shower head and handles, and rust/dark mold around the tub edges. The TV also didn’t work, possibly due to dead batteries in the remote. For guests booking the Presidential Suite, these basic cleanliness and maintenance details should not be overlooked."
