「The hotel was inviting. The buffets were pretty good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive/trained. Drinks for meals at the buffet often didn't arrive before the end of the meal. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional. 「Horrible property, VERY dirty. Book a car and they only gave half of what we paid to the driver so driver took the longest route just to save some toll money. People taking advantage of others shouldnt be in the hospitality business.」
