The Bayview Motel - Fort Frances, ON - Lakeside Motel

"Great location . Right in front of the water. Limited space on the property for parking with a trailer or bigger vehicle but there was parking on the other side of the road if needed. The place was clean and the no contact check in was very conviennent as we arrived pretty late. The only negative thing I would say is that there were ant traps everywhere in the room when we arrived and our dogs got into them. This could have easily become bad as it is peanut butter laced with poison left on the floors for dogs to get. So be aware to check for that if you go there with fur babies. I would suggest the staff don’t put those in the pet friendly rooms or remove the traps when guess with pets check in those rooms. Except for that , it was a great stay"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Interesting check in system which I'd never seen before, but it was efficient! Wish we hadn't been on the 2nd floor, but oh well, we managed. Good location. Would stay there again if traveling through International Falls."

"We had requested Lakeside through Expedia but did not get that side. Also, the site was under major renovation of the roof, which was not listed at the time of booking. The site being right on the water was very nice; the staff was more than helpful."
